  • All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.

  • UK delivery is £6.95 and made using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will need a signature upon receipt. Please state the address which is most convenient for your delivery.

  • International delivery will be quoted for on an individual basis. Please contact me before ordering.

  • All pieces are individually hand fabricated in the UK so each piece may vary slightly from the picture, where this is an issue please read the item description for clarification.

  • Please take extra care when ordering pieces to ensure that the correct sizes have been ordered. Please read the “Jewellery Sizes” information. Failure to do this could lead to extra costs to rectify mistakes.

  • Please allow up to 6 weeks for orders made to your sizing requirements. ‘Unique’ items will be shipped upon clearance of payment. I will always try my best to get urgent orders completed, this may not always be possible at busy times of the year.

  • All Gold and silver Jewellery is hallmarked in Sheffield. The only exception to this are earrings with bronze forms. This is your assurance of the metals fineness.

  • If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly, we will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, within 10 days of you having received them. When returning items, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure they arrive safely – I cannot accept any responsibility on your behalf for returns. I suggest the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, where items can be tracked.

    The items below cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.

  • Items made to your sizing requirements,
  • Special Orders, using gold, palladium and platinum or items with individually specified gemstones.
  • Any individually ‘Commissioned Pieces’.
  • Also due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
